We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Agree Realty Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion and financial success of construction projects, collaborating with the Development & Construction team to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Assist in construction document completion for site development, manage third parties for engineering and architectural design execution, and track submittals, requests for information, and cost reports.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and award contracts for architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety measures.
  • Project Coordination: Supervise project progress, general contractor coordination, and quality assurance, and utilize Microsoft Project for project tracking and scheduling.
  • Financial Management: Forecast and evaluate construction costs and profits, and prepare and process necessary construction documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Construction/Engineering experience.
  • Skills: Proactive approach to conceptual plan issues, certifications in Construction or Engineering a plus, proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, strong organizational and project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, analytical and collaborative team player, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
