Internet Sales Representative

At Carl Black Automotive, we acquire a high volume of leads per month to be processed by our Business Development team. Our Internet Sales Specialist requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to multitask several requests with immediate response. This is a Full-Time position that provides our comprehensive benefits package with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.

The Internet Sales position has a competitive hourly pay + commission pay scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales inquiries via phone and internet, making approximately 100-120 calls per day, setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborating closely with sales and service associates to follow through on all internet leads and phone calls on a daily basis.
  • Commission consists of appointments shown and sold, with bonuses paid for volume, averages, and consistency.
  • Working in a team environment to provide the best customer experience.
  • Accountability - We track your metrics daily to ensure we are maximizing your opportunity, as well as providing the best experience for our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent PC skills with Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to effectively complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle concerned customers.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including some nights, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
  • Evening shift preferred.
