Role Overview:
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales, increasing average transaction values, and suggesting additional products or services to our clientele. This role demands outstanding customer service abilities, sales acumen, and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting canine wellness.
Ideal Candidate:
We seek a dynamic Sales Associate who excels at building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, capable of connecting with our clients. Successful applicants will be independent problem solvers, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about dogs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage leads through CRM and coordinate appointments.
2. Drive membership sales both in-store and via phone by educating customers on health and wellness.
3. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or additional services during visits.
4. Assist in fostering a knowledgeable team focused on dog wellness and safety.
5. Collaborate with management to ensure effective scheduling and meet performance indicators.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow team members.
7. Maintain quality standards through active participation and training.
8. Communicate effectively with customers and upper management.
9. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
10. Uphold the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
11. Follow Scenthound's sanitary and cleaning protocols.
