Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our App Store team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering App Store Legal & Regulatory projects as well as Trust & Safety development projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Drive App Store Feature Initiatives**: Work with a broad cross-functional team to plan, schedule, build, and ship the next wave of features supporting App Store customers and developers.
  • **Project Planning and Execution**: Develop and execute project plans to meet overall program goals, including risk assessments and issue resolution.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to drive scope assessment, schedule alignment, and issue resolution. Communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • **Strategy and Leadership**: Help set the strategy for App Store feature initiatives and drive the development of new features and experiences.

**Requirements**

  • **5+ Years of Program Management Experience**: Proven experience in program management in software development, with a focus on Trust and Safety or legal and regulatory initiatives.
  • **Developer-Focused Products**: Experience working on developer-focused products from kick-off to ship.
  • **Strong Facilitation Skills**: Strong facilitation skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and logical structuring abilities.
  • **Regulatory and Trust & Safety Experience**: Experience with regulatory and Trust & Safety initiatives, including background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
