Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist

As a Network Real Estate Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the site development process from site candidate qualification to design, leasing, zoning, regulatory approval, permitting, and handoff to construction. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess potential sites for telecommunications facility installation, including direct and indirect costs.
  • Develop feasibility and detailed reports on viable locations, including potential challenges and setbacks.
  • Negotiate with property owners, landlords, and other stakeholders to secure necessary agreements for site acquisition.
  • Draft and review lease agreements and other documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and zoning boards to obtain necessary permits for site development.
  • Provide project updates and forecasts to the project manager and team, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage assigned sites to ensure timely completion, within budget, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Update and maintain internal and client databases with site-related information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Acquisition Specialist in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with legal aspects of site acquisition and lease agreements.

Morrison Hershfield considers various factors when determining a candidate's compensation offer, including location, experience, future potential, education, skills, and internal equity. Our Talent Acquisition team can work with you to understand our compensation ranges and process.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $84,000
