Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily scheduling operations to ensure readiness for installations.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle purchasing tasks in accordance with company protocols.
- Update installation job statuses and communicate with customers regarding scheduling matters.
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and equipment orders.
- Facilitate communication among installers, supervisors, customers, vendors, and office staff.
- Assist in dispatching and scheduling service calls.
- Obtain necessary permits and arrange inspections with local authorities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in purchasing or scheduling is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass drug and background checks.
- Experience in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with dispatching software is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

- Knowledge of the service area and map reading skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
- Ability to maintain real-time communication with dispatch and management.
