Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in an Automotive BDC role (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience over the phone
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Availability to work weekends
- A drive and passion for success
- Professional demeanor and work ethic
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and committed to high customer service standards
- Valid driver's license required
Essential Duties:
- Engage with potential customers responding to inquiries through our website.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer questions and concerns.
- Provide administrative support as necessary.
- Manage documentation and prepare necessary reports.
- Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Continuously update knowledge about products, features, and inventory.
- Focus on customer satisfaction as the foundation of our business.
- Set personal goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Complete service management reports as required.
- Participate in service meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Occasionally conduct physical inventory checks.
