Job Title: Sales and Marketing Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales and Marketing Performance Manager to join our dynamic team at EPIC Health Systems LLC. This role will play a critical part in supporting the sales and marketing functions by managing analytics, overseeing project management, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee sales and marketing projects from initiation to completion, developing project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams and other departments, facilitating clear and consistent communication to ensure project continuity and clarity.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and identify trends, generating reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
