Responsibilities
  • Support Client Relationships: Ensure consistent and effective communication internally and externally, from engagement letters to closing client files.
  • Internal Workflow Management: Monitor and track internal workflow, including timely completion of client deliverables and organization of docketing.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare draft documents, including court pleadings, briefs, and motions, using document automation software.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary preferred; previous customer service or sales experience necessary.
  • Skills: Impeccable writing skills, proficient in computers and office software, and ability to troubleshoot issues.
