We are currently in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Operations Associate to become a vital part of our Client Success Team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, a strong desire to learn, and the capacity to excel in sales support functions while thriving in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Within your initial month, you will:

  • Engage in training sessions with your Manager and the Account Executives you will support.
  • Participate in onboarding with a Client Success Sales Ambassador.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Intersection's media and advertising solutions.
  • Act as a mentee to other Sales Operations Associates to familiarize yourself with the processes and systems utilized in sales support.
  • Interact with various departments within Intersection to understand their roles in the sales cycle.

Within your first three months, you will:

  • Establish strong relationships with your team.
  • Oversee all inventory requests, holds, market availability, and media proposals for your assigned Account Executives/Account Managers.
  • Communicate regularly with our Clients and Agencies.
  • Manage the pre-sale lifecycle of contracts, from initial market research to contract execution and production tracking.

Within six to nine months, you will:

  • Maintain a strong rapport with your team.
  • Assist Account Executives/Account Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations to facilitate rapid scaling.
  • Build a reputation as a reliable resource and develop foundational knowledge of our business model and media products.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree from an accredited institution.
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting; experience in people management is advantageous.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to take ownership of tasks when necessary.
  • A high level of accountability for personal and team outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and rectify errors.
  • The capability to work efficiently while suggesting improvements for processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to engage in various administrative tasks.
