We are currently in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Operations Associate to become a vital part of our Client Success Team. This dynamic role is ideal for individuals eager to advance within the media and advertising sector. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, a strong desire to learn, and the capacity to excel in sales support functions while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Within your initial month, you will:
- Engage in training sessions with your Manager and the Account Executives you will support.
- Participate in onboarding with a Client Success Sales Ambassador.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Intersection's media and advertising solutions.
- Act as a mentee to other Sales Operations Associates to familiarize yourself with the processes and systems utilized in sales support.
- Interact with various departments within Intersection to understand their roles in the sales cycle.
Within your first three months, you will:
- Establish strong relationships with your team.
- Oversee all inventory requests, holds, market availability, and media proposals for your assigned Account Executives/Account Managers.
- Communicate regularly with our Clients and Agencies.
- Manage the pre-sale lifecycle of contracts, from initial market research to contract execution and production tracking.
Within six to nine months, you will:
- Maintain a strong rapport with your team.
- Assist Account Executives/Account Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations to facilitate rapid scaling.
- Build a reputation as a reliable resource and develop foundational knowledge of our business model and media products.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree from an accredited institution.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting; experience in people management is advantageous.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to take ownership of tasks when necessary.
- A high level of accountability for personal and team outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and rectify errors.
- The capability to work efficiently while suggesting improvements for processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to engage in various administrative tasks.
