The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in water distribution and waste management systems for both residential and commercial properties. We value professionals who are detail-oriented, possess strong manual skills, and demonstrate patience in their work.
The primary objective is to ensure the installation and maintenance of effective systems that manage water, waste, gases, and heated liquids.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, and install pipes and tubing while considering existing infrastructure (such as electrical systems).
- Install and maintain comprehensive water supply networks.
- Identify and resolve issues with water supply lines, including leaks.
- Repair or replace damaged drainage systems, blocked drains, faucets, and water heaters.
- Set up waste disposal and sanitary systems.
- Address various standard plumbing service requests.
- Demonstrated experience as a plumber.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment (including pipe wrenches, cutters, and machinery).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work in confined spaces.
- Experience in service plumbing is essential.
- Possession of a valid journeyman license (State of KY) is required.
