Position Overview:
Schneider Electric presents a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated professional to step into the role of Solutions Architect within our Sustainability Services division. In this capacity, you will engage with our internal Sustainability team to enhance the sales process by addressing sustainability-related topics encompassing strategy, technology, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and structure customized sustainability service solutions in collaboration with the lead salesperson and Operations team.
  • Enrich the sales process by delivering comprehensive technical insights regarding Schneider Electric's offerings.
  • Address functional and technical aspects of RFI's / RFP's, guiding sales teams in creating industry-leading service proposals.
  • Illustrate the value of our services through client case studies, effectively positioning them via written and verbal presentations.
  • Spearhead the development of standard proposals, contracts, and supporting materials for Sustainability Services.
  • Provide consistent support to global sales teams at critical stages of the sales process.
  • Communicate customer needs to business leadership, ensuring Schneider Electric's offerings remain relevant and aligned with market demands.
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability Operations team to innovate and promote new services, facilitating their sales within the global organization.
  • Accompany sales teams on significant engagements as necessary, traveling within the sales territory when required.

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience, coupled with 5+ years in the field, including 2-3 years in the sustainability sector.
  • Profound understanding of sustainability industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to listen to and comprehend customer sustainability challenges, addressing these by aligning with Schneider Electric's strategy, technology, and implementation solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in web research tools and navigating large organizations.
  • Strong operational background with a preference for client-facing roles; personable and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • A demonstrated passion for making a positive impact.
  • Capability to resolve practical problems and manage various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • Proficiency in interpreting diverse instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.
  • Ability to tackle and resolve complex issues within team, departmental, and client processes.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, BFO/Salesforce, and other relevant software.
