Position Overview:

ShiftCode Analytics is looking for a skilled Citrix Engineer to architect, implement, and sustain Citrix infrastructures, ensuring peak performance, reliability, and scalability. Your proficiency in NetScaler ACD/gateway, Citrix PVS, VDI, application deployment, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery will be pivotal to our virtualization and application delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your extensive background with NetScaler ACD/gateway to design, configure, and enhance Citrix Client solutions for optimal application delivery and load balancing.
  • Utilize your experience with Citrix PVS and VDI to establish and manage virtual desktop and application ecosystems.
  • Oversee the publishing of applications and their management within enterprise Citrix settings, ensuring smooth access and user satisfaction.
  • Exhibit your troubleshooting skills within a Citrix framework, diagnosing and resolving issues to uphold high performance and user experience.
  • Apply your expertise to design, construct, and maintain Citrix solutions that guarantee high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) functionalities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and translate them into effective Citrix solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Citrix technologies, sharing insights to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations of Citrix environments, proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with NetScaler ACD/gateway.
  • Familiarity with Citrix PVS and VDI, including virtual desktop provisioning and management.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot applications in a Citrix setting, with a strong aptitude for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
