- Maintain complete and accurate maintenance records.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
- Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the work area.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of shop flow; dispatching and scheduling.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be team-oriented.
- Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and email skills for regular daily communication with coworkers and departments.
- DOT Inspector Certification.
- Air Brake Inspector Certification.
- Refrigeration 608 & 609 Certifications.
- CDL A or B.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45.00, dependent on experience and location of role, with potential for a 90-day performance-based raise and yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
