    • Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
    • Participate in community activities to promote the organization and build goodwill.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Five years of industry-related experience, with three years of people management required.
    • Demonstrated financial management experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
    • Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of operations and service management.
    • Ability to interpret financial data to set operations and sales goals.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
