Job Title: Aerial Supervisor

Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Aerial Supervisor to lead and maintain safety and efficient operations of their crews in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all operations to ensure that all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
  • Provide on-the-job training for employees working under your direction on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews.
  • Requisition, assign, and track materials needed for daily operations.
  • Perform audits of construction operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.
  • Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
  • Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, and keep track of work hours.
  • Complete and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for areas built.
  • Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts.
  • Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Prior supervisory experience in construction or a related field.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Leadership and training skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office and G-Suite knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
  • CDL license is a plus.

Frequent use of sight (specifically, close to perform computer work), hearing, and voice. Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks. Occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs. Occasionally working in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces. Wearing required personal protective equipment if required.
