Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team at Texstar Enterprises, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew in executing daily production, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices, and overseeing the safe setup and execution of work sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew in executing daily production, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and practices, including materials issuances, usage, and reporting.
  • Oversee the safe setup and execution of work sites, including clearances from other utilities and ensuring all work is executed safely.
  • Capture crew production each day and report to supervisors/project managers.
  • Assist with the development, training, and implementation of new technical procedures and ensure all training provided meets quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow instructions and communicate verbally, in writing, and electronically as needed.
  • Read and comprehend maps and schematics.
  • Operate equipment, including aerial lift devices, lashers, and hand tools.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of Foreman experience.
  • Prior work related to quality control inspection preferred.
  • A valid driver's license required with a good driving record (Class A CDL is a plus).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
