- Direct and oversee the financial investment portfolio to protect corporate assets.
- Perform financial due diligence for potential new ventures.
- Oversee tax management, including supporting the development and implementation of key tax strategies.
- Manage financial reporting, statement preparation, and maintain compliance with GAAP, FARS, and other accounting regulations.
- Lead, develop, and manage a highly effective finance and accounting team.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Accounting and Finance team.
- Serve as a member of the executive team.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and ensure purchasing controls are in place.
- Provide financial due diligence for merger and acquisition activities and corporate partners.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process.
- Present financial reports to the executive team and board members.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.
- Optimize financial process systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- Minimum ten (10) years of related experience with increasing levels of financial and accounting management.
- Experience developing corporate and subsidiary budgets.
- Experience with shared services cost models and establishing forward pricing.
- Familiar with Cost Accounting Standards Boards Cost Accounting Standards.
- Familiar with internal financial reporting requirements of a multi-subsidiary, multi-division organization.
