Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Location Manager in overseeing all phases of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Provide support in all staffing and scheduling requirements, including employee relations and HR issues.
  • Create weekly labor and revenue forecasts, manage staff payroll procedures, and ensure accuracy of staff banks and cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor beverage levels, inform the manager of ordering priorities, and execute continued training of service standards for staff.
  • Assist with inventory management, administer and monitor theft prevention procedures, and closely monitor guests' dining experience.
  • Deliver daily shift meetings, promote staff morale, and ensure understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency and POS system competency.
  • Thorough understanding of quick service restaurant operations, wine and beverage service, and fine dining service standards.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively, maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, and be a consistent role model for company Service Excellence standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • The position requires long periods of standing, walking, and occasional climbing of ladders.
  • May be required to lift 35lbs and push/pull heavy items on a cart.
  • Must communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurability standards.
