We are seeking a Climate Solutions Equipment Associate within our Climate Solutions Division. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to assist with on-site installations and perform minor repairs on equipment, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and professionally. Additionally, you will be tasked with operating delivery vehicles and setting up HVAC, dehumidification, and air purification systems at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct minor repairs, perform maintenance checks, and clean equipment.
- Document equipment condition before and after usage.
- Educate customers on equipment operation.
- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic understanding of HVAC repair and maintenance is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools are essential.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills are necessary.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 45 lbs.
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency services.
