Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team at Kelly Services. As a Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing excise tax returns, filing and paying returns, and tracking bond movements and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare excise tax returns in accordance with TTB and other regulatory tax schedules
  • File and pay returns and related to DSP and BWC activity
  • Prepare, file, and pay all WI state alcohol taxes
  • Initiate claims and drawbacks with TTB as appropriate
  • Track bond movements, shipments, and daily
  • Track DSP and BWC Tax paid inventory
  • Collaborate with Operations Assistant to maintain bond inventory counts production for entry into bi-monthly tax detail
  • Ensure satisfactory attendance and timeliness
  • Understand and comply with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulatory considerations

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Great Excel experience and skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
