Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Assess and manage risk to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store appearance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of key holder, supervisory, and/or management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, financial or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership in a sales or customer service-oriented position.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
