Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Supervise all facets of property management, including leasing processes, rent collection, and maintenance oversight.
  • Tenant Engagement: Proactively address tenant inquiries and resolve issues to cultivate a positive living atmosphere.
  • Leasing Activities: Promote available units, conduct property tours, process rental applications, and finalize lease agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager) are advantageous.
