Administrative Assistant to the President

The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President of Northwest Florida Professional Baseball, LLC. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks.
- Screen incoming phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, and maintain accurate records.
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the President and the organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in calendar management, email, and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
The physical demands of this position include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, regular, nonexempt position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but hours could vary to include nights and weekends, some holidays, company events, and other business needs.
