Job Description

The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President of Northwest Florida Professional Baseball, LLC. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks.
  • Screen incoming phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the President and the organization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in calendar management, email, and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and lifting up to 15 pounds.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, regular, nonexempt position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but hours could vary to include nights and weekends, some holidays, company events, and other business needs.
