Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Controller to lead our Accounting, Legal, IT, Risk Management, and Aviation divisions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and planning within these key divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, and a master's degree is preferred. An active CPA license is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Accounting, Legal, IT, Risk Management, and Aviation divisions
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to achieve company goals
  • Manage a high-performing team and provide guidance and support to ensure success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Active CPA license (desired)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax rules and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Education & Training:

  • Minimum 7-10 years accounting and financial management experience; 5-7 years in a senior level position
