ManTech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Tactical Combat Training System II Subject Matter Expert to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and government agencies to ensure seamless system installation and placement.
- Coordinate the placement of antennas and cables, as well as system accessibility.
- Understand and incorporate changes resulting from upgrades.
- Capture changes and update documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with TCTS II architecture, including participant subsystems, ground subsystems, remote range units, and portable support equipment subsystems.
- Experience with systems that interface with TCTS II, such as:
- Digital Radio Management System (DRMS)
- Link – Inject to Live (LITL) Link 16 capability
- Electronic Warfare Server (EWS)
- Large Area Tracking Range (LATR)
- Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF)
- RADAR Aircraft Display System (RADS)
- Joint Debriefing Subsystem (JDS)
- Experience with threat/intelligence simulation and sources.
- Ability to read and comprehend preventive maintenance documents and procedures.
- Must be organized and able to work independently and with others.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the continental United States and overseas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
