Job Overview
This Nursing Care Assistant role involves providing essential support to patients and medical staff. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will assist with daily tasks, such as processing orders, maintaining records, and communicating with healthcare teams. Your dedication and expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Main Responsibilities
* Assists patients with basic care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
* Maintains accurate records and compiles charges
* Communicates effectively with healthcare teams and patients
* Transports patients safely and efficiently
* Participates in Code Procedures and emergency situations
* Supports the work of Registered Nurses and other medical staff
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Medical terminology and experience working in healthcare beneficial
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
