We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home healthcare services. As an Occupational Therapist with OMNI Homecare, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and their families, and to make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs.

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
