Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team management.
  • Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Develop and Implement Visual Merchandising Plans: Create and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage Store Expenses: Oversee store expenses, including labor, inventory, and operating costs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Visual Merchandising: Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail Management Experience: Experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Leadership Certifications: Certifications in leadership or management, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
