Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Steak n Shake restaurant. This individual will be accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant's operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to restaurant staff, including management and associates, to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and company expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurant operations are running efficiently and effectively, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and other physical demands.
