Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Registry Ally, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Eagleville, PA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Responsibilities:
  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
  • Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program
  • Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes as needed
  • Supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
  • Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client and caregiver
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting
