The salary for this Nursing Support Specialist role is approximately $45,000 annually, considering the essential qualifications and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • This role entails providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients.
  • Working closely with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information, treatment, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • No less than six months' experience in a health care setting is desirable.
  • STNA License acquisition within six months is mandatory.
  • CPR certification should be obtained prior to hire or completed during the hiring process.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications for data entry and management.
  • An associate's degree or higher is not specified but relevant education may be advantageous.

Physical Demands:

This role demands regular activity levels and ability to perform physical duties including standing, sitting, and occasional heavy lifting of patients.
