About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing guidance and support to our sales associates. You'll work closely with our Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Use data and analytics to inform sales decisions and drive business results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

You'll Bring to the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll need:

  • 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred)
  • Management experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
