Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with students to enhance their communication skills and work closely with educators and families to create a nurturing educational atmosphere.

Key Duties:

  • Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and implement tailored therapy programs to address various speech and language challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and other specialists to monitor and support student development.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of student progress, modify therapy plans as necessary, and communicate updates to families and educational staff.
  • Professional Consultation: Provide guidance and training to school personnel on speech and language growth and effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure: Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP or Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential).
  • Experience: Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
