Job Overview

Feet First Foundation is dedicated to fostering resilience and promoting well-being among young individuals.

Our initiative integrates physical training, mentorship, and mental health support to equip youth with the necessary skills and confidence to thrive.

We are seeking qualified Coaches to implement our training programs for students on campus. The selected candidate will assess the program's effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to management. An ideal candidate will possess a robust background in youth coaching, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to inspire and motivate participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate training programs for students on campus.
  • Participate in school events as needed.
  • Prepare for on-campus classes (equipment will be supplied).
  • Submit reports to management after each session.
  • Maintain training materials and resources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Distribute assessment forms to students for completion after each session.
  • Submit assessments to management.

Part-time

$25.00 per hour
