  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments to ensure the company's quality control processes remain current.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of raw materials and products.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve overall product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical quality control techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and to delegate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Quality Control software and related tools.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) will be a plus.
