Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at The Judge Group. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing quality assurance and food safety systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the FSQA Manager to develop and implement quality performance metrics.
  • Implement and maintain SQF programs.
  • Train and mentor QC Technicians in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with GFSI, HACCP, GMPs, SSOP, and USDA regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supervision in a quality department in a meat manufacturing facility.
  • HACCP Certified (USDA Meat and Poultry).
  • Experienced in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SQF programs.
  • Knowledge of SQF, GFSI, HACCP, GMPs, SSOP, and USDA.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science or Associates with QA 2-3 experience.
