Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain employment verifications from past employers through phone calls or online requests.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of employment information received.
  • Communicate with recruiters on the progress of applicants and any discrepancies noted.
  • Report any issues or problems with verifications to management.
  • Research and verify phone numbers of previous employers as needed.
  • Enter verifications received into the driver applicant management system.
  • Check daily for any missing records and ensure all end dates are updated on drivers in orientation.
  • Update driver referral bonus and sign-on bonus files as needed and report to payroll, recruiting, and management.
  • Communicate all orientation information to hotels, orientation managers, recruiters, and management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent in education, paired with relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple programs, including strong keyboard and 10-key skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters related to driver applicants.
