Overview

Cycle Gear is a rapidly growing retailer specializing in motorcycle gear and accessories. We're seeking an experienced Receiving Specialist to help us meet our business goals and exceed customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage store inventory levels by processing shipments, organizing stock, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory discrepancies and improve stock accuracy.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to shipping and delivery.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, inventory management, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with retail software and technology platforms.
Salary Range

$24-$32 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance.
