About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee local fleet operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient delivery of Sleep Number Smart Beds and products. As a key member of our team, you will train and onboard new hires, maintain communication, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery teams to provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Train and on-board new team members
  • Maintain communication and resolve operational issues
  • Oversee local fleet maintenance and compliance with DOT regulations
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality sleep solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and 21 years of age
  • The ability to lift up to 200+ pounds with assistance
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role
