Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reducing inventory discrepancies, time losses, and asset theft.
- Uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Address incidents of theft with discretion and professionalism.
- Set a positive example on the sales floor to cultivate a welcoming environment.
- Effectively oversee daily operations.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail security or asset protection is preferred.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Capability to travel between various store locations.
- Successful completion of a required background screening.
