We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sign Production Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the production, installation, and removal of a wide range of signs and graphics for our valued clients.

• Accurately produce and install signs of various sizes and materials on diverse structures, including poles, buildings, and more, utilizing a comprehensive set of tools.
• Assemble signs from computer-cut vinyl and full-color printouts, ensuring precise substrate preparation and vinyl application according to provided instructions.
• Execute the installation of vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, signage, and lettering on vehicles. This includes applying floor graphics, wall decals, and window graphics, meticulously cutting and shaping them to fit each surface while employing proper adherence and cutting techniques.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure signs meet specifications and client expectations.
• Transport signs to installation locations safely and efficiently.
• Prepare work sites by removing existing signage (if required), prepping surfaces, and verifying electrical connections (when applicable).
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures throughout the production and installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in sign production and installation is highly advantageous.
• Basic electrical/wiring knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
• Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software is a valuable asset, as are basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to operate hand tools effectively.
• Physical capability to perform sign installations, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights exceeding 10 feet.
• Manlift and Bucket Truck certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
