  • Patient Flow Coordination: Coordinate efficient patient flow through the practice or hospital department assigned.
  • Support for Initiatives: Support organizational initiatives related to new technology, clinical programs, and improving the patient experience.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in providing high-quality customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Working knowledge of IDX/GE Centricity business software.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • CPR Certification.
