  • Building Upkeep:
    • Perform regular assessments and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the building.
    • Repair and maintain essential systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructures.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
    • Collaborate with contractors for significant repair projects.
  • Outdoor Maintenance:
    • Ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the building's exterior.
    • Carry out seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal and landscaping maintenance.
  • Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
    • Guarantee that facilities meet all regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct safety evaluations and maintain comprehensive records.
    • Assist in planning for emergency preparedness.
  • Supplies Management:
    • Oversee and procure maintenance supplies.
    • Manage relationships with vendors for supplies and services.
  • General Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
