KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Field Technician / Mechanic, your role will involve servicing material handling equipment at various customer sites to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Envision yourself driving a fully equipped Pape' service vehicle, delivering high-quality service on equipment, engaging with customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment within the material handling sector, with a preference for aerial equipment experience.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Personal tools are required.
