Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals and families in our service area. This includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling and support to help patients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health needs
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in population-based education and prevention efforts
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a direct clinical practice Human Services field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with children under 12 years of age, bilingual skills, and CANS certification are all highly desirable. However, we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
