Job Title: Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accrediting and certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities
  • Conducting surveys to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Developing and implementing survey plans
  • Maintaining current licensure to practice as an LCSW

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
