- Oversee the execution of all assigned work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and reconcile open work orders on a daily basis.
- Provide clear instructions to production staff on specific job requirements.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Communicate with supervisors and warehouse staff on material needs and employee issues.
- Coordinate material flow at the production line to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S compliance standards.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to department supervisors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand work orders and packaging specifications in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of production flow processes.
