The Opportunity:

We are seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join our Membership Sales and Client Experience team. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our membership options in a way that meets their goals.

You will also be responsible for onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership benefits, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a strong online presence by posting engaging content on our social media accounts during classes.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for dance, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $15 per class and $10 per membership sold, as well as free dance classes. A tablet or iPad is required for this role.

Location:

We are based in Sandy Springs, with classes held at our home studio and a neighboring studio. Reliable transportation is required to attend classes.
