About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Technologies. This role involves handling situations involving client/contract relationship management, resolving client technology-related problems, and ensuring contract success for key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and resolve technology-related problems.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance metrics, including SLA achievement, inventory accuracy, and compliance training.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements and resource optimization.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present information to various audiences.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Physical Demands:

The ideal candidate will be able to sit, talk, and hear for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, and lift 50 pounds. Regular walking, standing, and movement between work sites are also required.

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
